Fourth Shift Corporation is to be acquired by AremisSoft Corporation, a supplier of enterprise-wide software and Internet-enabled solutions for manufacturing and other industries

Fourth Shift Corporation has announced a definitive agreement to be acquired by AremisSoft Corporation a leading international supplier of enterprise-wide software and Internet-enabled solutions for the manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and construction industries. 'Market consolidation is underway and we believe this combination puts Fourth Shift and AremisSoft on the leading edge of this trend', said M.M.Stuckey, Chairman and CEO of Fourth Shift.
